I had an interesting experience with energy in my hands after doing a massage and just wondering if anyone else has had an experience like it.
Last night I gave a friend a back massage for about 40 mins. When I was close to finishing I felt that I had some long strands of hair twisted around my left hand/fingers but couldn't find anything and figured it was just because the room was dark and had oil on my hands. I tried again when I finished when I washed off my hands but still strongly felt the hair strand sensation even though I couldn't see anything physically there. So I tried moving my hands together without toching them and the energy felt so strong it felt like having a tangible ball of pulsing energy in my hands that would squish to size according to how far apart I held my hands, and was stronger the closer my hands were together and was stronger through my left hand. I could still also feel the strand sensation as well.
I tried meditating with crystals afterwards to prolong and explore the experience but the sensation gradually faded away after about 30 mins. I can still this morning feel subtle energy in my hands, and again more so in my left hand. I also found it easy to get to sleep last night and slept for 10hr even though I'd slept for a few hours until late afternoon (I've been experiencing insomnia for the last couple of months, currently on leave from work and looking to do something else career-wise, and nursing a broken heart).
I've felt energy in my hands many times before when doing healing/meditating but nothing as strongly as this, so after other people's input/advise :)
