Drawn to a certain time and then confirmed?
I was wondering if anyone had a favorite time period they loved to read about, think about, wish they lived in... etc etc
Then it was proven to them they lived a past life in that time period..
There are 3 for me.
My favorite time period is the late 1800s. I dont know why but it just fascinates me. If I could live like that now, I would
Another one that I love is the celtic time period over in scotland. I love everything about it..
The last one I have liked but dont really pay tooooo much mind to is the renaissance time period..
I often wonder if I didnt live past lives during this time.
Has this ever happend for someone?

Well, I'm the opposite in that I was told that I had a past life in the medieval training large birds of prey. What's strange is I've never really had an interest in medieval times. I will admit to possibly having a liking for large birds of prey when I was a kid, not so much now although if I see a hawk I think they look lovely.
I may have an interest in old architecture like old castles and such. I find that when I watch shows like Ghost Hunters International and they visit old ruins, I kind of wish I was there.

The time periods I've always felt connected to are:
Ancient Egypt
Midieval Europe
1800's - Civil War/Old West in USA
I've never had any way of getting "proof" that I have had any past lives, but those are the times that I resonate the most with....sometimes feel a longing to go back - but not sure to what!

I always feel connected to Medeival Scotland and Ancient Egypt. I'm always having dreams about both of those places.. I say dreams but sometimes I'm awake during these "dreams". It's really strange and hard to explain.. Either way, I'm always there with other people who I seem to know and care about very much (but not yet in this life apparently) and there's always something big going on.
I assume it is to do with my past lives but I can't really be sure tbh. And I dont know how to confirm it.

I get that too! At first i thought it was jsut a personality thing but it feels liek mroe than that. When i see big cold, frosty fields or anything that looks old, worn down and cold, I long to be there. It's like the place is calling to me. I get the same thign with objects sometimes.. its usually heavy old/ dusty things.

No doubt about my time. Second century AD Northern England. I walked with the legions.

"Cathar during the Albigensian Crusade" - that was a harsh time, Neville. All those thugs recruited by the pope running riot.

We had already accepted that living on Earth was in fact Hell any way. So after receiving consolamemtum and being of Faith, We actually believed that the burning was a blessed release. In most cases , so strong and embedded was our faith that we were glad to die...
Which now, as i look at it, was just plain weired.. But difficult as it is to believe, we rejoiced iin dying.

I have no real knowledge of my past lives, I do get flashes of info, or pictures I can't explain at times though.
As for feeling drawn to time periods however I can name a few, and a few places that have popped into my head and later turned out to be real.
The 1800's specifically england and the 'eastern empire' but also, strangely enough, the civil war?
Ancient Egypt; I've known names when I watch historical programs on it, Keshepsut and Etare often come up if I watch anything about Egypt. I don't know anything about the names though, or even if I spelled them right. I've only ever heard them.
Something about Celtic Ireland and druids has always facinated me, and I could read ogham runes as a child. WITHOUT having studied them. (was a bit of a shock to see they were real the first time)
Punjab, India and the name Kalash/Kilash something like that. (I think this ties in with the 1800's and could be my guide not me per say, but am not sure)
I have also painted pictures of places, only to find out later that they were in another country. Commonly Canada, especially around Alberta.
Romania, 1400's. actually, I'll go out on a limb here, 1432 and 1482.
