Experience of love energy - curious-question

Hello fellow members,

I wanted to share an experience i had back in 2021.
I remember in the summer, i was coming home back from school with a classmate. It was a sunny day, i felt really good, i was chit chatting with my friend. Suddenly we encounter some women with their kid just passing through the street. And i got extremely happy i was laughing for no reason and my friend was looking weirdly at me

I drop her to her house and i keep walking my way home happily. Then once i get home, i take a seat and an overflowing feeling of joy and love overwhelms me in a good way and i see multiple kind of souls (while seeing what was in front of me as well because my eyes were open but i was also able to see this) with a sitting position for some of them, and we were all connected to each other with ties, roots below us and the color pink comes to my mind right now even if i don't actually remember any precise color but it was very bright, like the souls were shining through.
I can't post pictures for the moment, but you could find them on the internet about how they looked like, it's those kind of silhouettes with bright auras.

I remember i was thinking to myself that there is so much love or whatever, it just all felt so good and right at the moment. That we were all in this together and loved each others. To love fearlessly.

It was an out of the world kind of experience. I don't know if it was a sort of message or some sort of ability or connection i can reach. But i felt very supported as well.

Has anyone else had such a type of experience and would you know how to describe/name it please ? Thank you.

Sounds like a beautiful experience. My interpretation is that you somehow entered a state of alignment with your own Higher Self where the energies of your higher nature could flow down into your everyday self without obstruction or distortion. You had a glimpse of life as it really is, as opposed to life as experienced through all our usual limitations.

There are many accounts of such peak experiences available online.

Perhaps the question is why do we so seldom enter such a state? What stops us from experiencing this every day? When such an alignment occurs it seems to be unintentional, accidental. Maybe it requires a particular state of emptiness, a state of surrender to life just as it is in this moment. For most of us this is not our usual state. But it could be.

I wonder if key words could be looked up: cosmic bliss, cosmic consciousness, satchitananda, nirvana, divine ecstasy, hmm -
spontaneous bliss ...ah, a good one.

I see C.S. Lewis called it ''a stab of joy''.

Glad that my reply resonated with you. You could do a search for spiritual peak experiences but then you get a lot of psychology sites about Abraham Maslow. Or you could search for mystical experiences stories, but you still have to sort through all the results to find sites of interest. Or some combination of these words, as well as the suggestions put forward by Miss H.

All these stories describe spontaneous unexpected experiences, rather like yours.

Thanks, Miss H. Sometimes I manage to say something which resonates!

And Jan Esmann is an interesting character who focuses on advaita and kundalini. The full title of the book is Lovebliss The Essence of Self-Realization.

I hadn't come across Charles Earnest Essert - I will check this one out. Thanks.
