I once had an experience where I behind everything in this world saw its binary code. It was surreal but made a lot of sense. The idea back then was if I could access the code and change it I could actually alter the reality I perceived

I think in "Tron Legacy" they call it a digital frontier to reshape the human condition. Do you know what it means, the codes you receive? that might help in who would be interested...

Possibly astral beings masquerading as aliens. Don't forget there are beings over there who love to shapeshift and decieve people, so be careful who you trust.

ive had first hand experience of shape shifter i believe these are genuine aliens.

i believe that the codes are for someone living on earth i think im just the messenger as im a conduit for ghosts aswell.

It has a strong correlation for pairs of bits. However it lacks longer repeats of all 0 or all 1 (more than 5 in a row). Also '1011' appears a lot but not in easily discernible intervals. This suggests it does not contain much information.

I am well versed in Earth based electronic communications, this is not some simple code nor likely compressed. Without a lot more to go on decryption would be very difficult.

Without some idea of what it might mean or where it comes from, I doubt any organizations would take the time to bother with it. My only suggestion is to find a cytology club and see if they can find some clues as to what it might be. They can at least tell you if its likely to be information.
