Feeling odd when I woke

This morning when I woke I felt rather odd, like if something was odd about today and I just couldn't quite put my finger on it, the last thing I remember before falling asleep was my arms and hands feeling light. I also noticed that I went to bed at around 10pm and woke at 7am and felt as if I had a light sleep I also felt quite tired and I had no idea as to why that may be, yet I have no memory of an obe experience, nor have I ever had one, well at least not that I can remember. I do remember this either last night whilst I was awake, during my sleep, or when I woke up this morning that "that's if you can stand to look at your body once your left it" so could it be I had an obe or is it just I woke up feeling odd and tired for no apparent reason.
