I just baked a cake and it was delicious! Only from a box (not from scratch), but still...tastes amazing.

I haven't done a somersault in awhile, some months I'd say. Wonder how many 35+ year olds can still do it? :)

Do it! I encourage you... Just don't hurt yourself cause I'll feel guilty haha.
I did a couple of cartwheels a week or so ago, I had not done those in a while. If your up for it, I highly recommend adding a few cartwheels to your someresault repatoir. |

Cartwheels are fun, that's a good idea. Somersaults are always a challenge because they make me dizzy, my head keeps spinning afterwards.
I'll do one tomorrow and then report here. I'm sure you can do a somersault easily, right? I can only do it on a mattress.

I forgot about the yoga practitioners, somersaults are nothing to them.

Yes - dizzyness is a somersaulters hazard.
I've put down three right-handed cartwheels and a somersault in my 'To-Do' list today. I'd like to neaten up the flow of left handed cartwheels too.... They are much more challenging for me. It would be nice to be an ambidextrous cartwheeler.

I did 2 sloppy cartwheels to the right, gotta improve, my legs didn't straighten out enough.
