How to connect with my spirit guide?
I have had a lot of good things going on in my life lately. I keep thinking the universe works in mysterious ways. But perhaps my spirit guide is aiding me aswell (started out as a really hard time but things have really turned around).
I would like to connect with my spirit guide and express my gratitude and just meet them.
What does one have to do this?

Thanks most of my good friends reffer to me as a "lil pixie" I kinda look like one I guess. I wish I had wingz. Love live'n the elvin life!!!

You see, your brain is like a giant sieve. It processes input continuously while you are awake and even when you are asleep. Unless you perform this simple exercise inside a sensory deprivation chamber, other thoughts are going to occur to you. For example, I also tried this exercise. I do not meditate, however I practice visualization & focusing techniques when I perform spells & readings. Yet, when I did this simple exercise here are some thoughts that occurred to me in ONLY 3 minutes:
