The Kundalini comes out through the top of the head and with this it brings out negative energies for clearing. The clearing energy may have astral parasites in it which if one can see them often will look like various kinds of strange insects. These actually can end up crawling on the top of the head and can be felt by some.
I once had some great aura spray for that kind of thing. Someone was channeling energies of various Masters and putting the Master energies to a spray so it then could be sprayed at other energies on the body to clear it. It worked amazingly well.
I can't recommend now days where to get a good auric spray from but it is something you could try to see if it helps settle that feeling you are getting.
