Mysterious Left ankle pain
After a long struggle with dizziness and fatigue I have finally gotten some answers and relief by visiting a chiropractor/functional medicine doctor. I can finally say I feel good after changing my diet and going for regular adjustments! This new-found relief has started to improve my emotional well being as well. It seems I'm in a transitional stage right now, all in a positive direction!
However...the past three days I have had a really stiff and painful left ankle for no apparent reason. I did some research online knowing everything that manifests physically has an underlying emotional or spiritual cause and most of the results generalize the ankle symbolizing our support, direction in life, flexibility or resistance of changes in life. Knowing the left side of us represents the past as well as feminine energy, I'm having a hard time nailing down what this mysterious left ankle pain actually means. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!

Have a shower and observe if the pain stops under the running water.
Then go to a public fountain or find a place with running water and sit as near as you can.
If you feel a lot better while near running water,a negative-evil energy is at play.

Oh hello.
I have many joints issues. Shoulder, elbow, knee, hip, ankle... But it is not some chronical thing, it is more like energy attachment.
So i started to recognize, where and when through day it arises, possibly it is not even my. Right now, i have pain in my hands, but it can go away easy, only issue is that i didn't find out why it is.
My ankle pain was job related, we have some very negative personalities and i would connect this to them. When i block and avoid them, it is better.
Im sure, this pain have some answers behind, that would be interesting if revealed...
So i have no actually help, only good wish that you find the purpose of this pain...

My sister had this last day and it was actually a nerve damage. She went to a masseuse and then a doctor. It disappeared in a week.

how to reduce joint pain
For moderate-to-severe joint pain with swelling, an over-the-counter or prescription non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) such as aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), or naproxen sodium (Aleve), can provide relief.
