energy issue. please help.

First, let me start off by saying that I'm very sensitive to the energies that are around me. Its something that I have always been, but recently this ability has increased for me. But recently I've been having issues with energy attachment. One energy, I can feel crawl up my leg and it rests in between my legs..needless to say this is very uncomfortable.i have told it to please respect my physical space, but it does not listen. the duration which the energy stays there has progressively gotten shorter, but it still pops in and makes me feel kind of violated. This often also happens alongside getting pinched all over my body. It can be physically painful... I've tried several times for these energies to back off, which I have done with them. But it hasn't worked. I consider myself to be patient,kind, and wanting to be helpful and giving. Can anybody explain to me why these energies are attached to me? How do I break from this? Please help. It has been really bad recently.

Hi,

Those of us who are empathic have a hard time understanding how to work with the energies we sense. Now if you can imagine that this energy issue is a messenger with a message for you it may help.

Consider a conversation with the energy where you are calm and curious. Ask it to explain what it represents and what it wishes for you to know.

In my view, it will persist until its job is done and the message has been delivered.

I have to agree it does not end til the message or path is cleared. Much is the same with patterns in our life paths.

When it comes to something hurting physically many times its not the Spirit energy its our own higher self trying harder to have a message heard. That voice of intuition we do not always understand is there.

Hi,

I plan to draft something later today about empathic energies. It hurts initially to get your attention. An em-path uses the body to sense information it wants to know about. I encourage the use of telepathy to gain an understanding about that original pain.

Then when you know the message that the messenger(pain) wishes to deliver the pain will go away. The more you resist the message, the more the pain(messenger) will persist.

Now once the message has been understood and you plan to take actions as directed by your inner wisdom, the pain has done its job and has no reason to linger.
