Help needed with things happening before bed
Wondering if anyone can help me. Each night before i go to bed i have the horrible urge to hurt myself (i wont go into detail as i dont want to break forum rules). Now i feel like this before dropping off to sleep and i know its not me feeling this way. Wonder if anyone has any experience or advice for this please?

Yes I have had that experience. In my case it was in a dream while I was asleep.
