Visualization to cultivate heat in root chakra
Hello all,
I'd like to share a visualization that seems to result in a consistent and undeniable response in my aura. I was wondering if the result is subjective and personal to me, or if I have tapped into something that could work for anyone.
The visualization is simple. I usually secure in my mind that I am sitting somewhere, lets say in a chair facing a desk in an office. Now after having firmly established that you are sitting in this chair, imagine moving past the chair and around the desk, a full 180 degrees until you are facing where you were sitting. As you slowly turn a 180 , imagine that as your line of sight approaches that spot you realize that you are now observing yourself sitting in that chair. While looking at yourself, move up to yourself, pull him up from the chair and say in your mind or out loud "You belong here" say it many times like a mantra until you can feel a response in your body. The response should be heat emerging in your root chakra.
Warning: If you change the perspective of the visualization you will have different results. One in particular in my experience is quite damaging. Before deviating from this instruction and experimenting on your own, I would advise you to please ask me first - I have learned the hard way which methods result in a good effect and which result in a bad effect.

What perspective(s) have you experienced were bad? Do you have any theories on why they caused the negative effect?
