visual snow and energy currents
I have seen "visual snow" since I was a young child, but never knew what it was until now. I've recently begun focusing and meditating on it. It is all throughout the air, like a translucent shimmering. It looks very much like the way a mirage looks. I can see drafts and currents throughout rooms, and I have begun seeing auras around people as well. I cannot see any colors, but when I meditate on it I can see jets of energy coming off of my fingertips. When will I begin to see colors and what should I look for? Also, is this truly energy currents I'm seeing in the air?
