Vibrations in body

I've been meditating for about a month to open my chakras and recently I've been experiencing a lot of vibrations in my body. It feels kind of like a buzzing sensation and I notice it mostly in my feet and pelvic region. These feelings usually last the whole day and has been like this for 2 weeks. Is this a normal part of opening your chakras and does it stay like this for a long time? Thanks

I would be interested in knowing the answer to that as I have vibrations for most of the day on most days and have done so for about 9 months, am kinda used to it now :-)

I experienced that too in the past. My guide told me that it was just part of the attunement of your physical body to the new higher inner vibration, or something like that. I cannot remember the exact words and I don't have my journal handy. For me, it lasted for a few months. I hope this short explanation helps.

I usually notice those weird vibrations at night, it could start in my torso and ribs / midsection and go down my back and into my legs.

This all started several months ago and it just comes and goes...I never know when it's going to show up.

If you open your chakras you will have a greater flow of energy flowing through your body and that is a good thing. I've also felt these sensations but mostly on top of my head and in the middle of my forehead and sometimes some energy rushes flowing at my back down the spine so this is not unusual for beings to sense when they do meditations, especially when these meditations are all about opening chakras.

I have those when I'm starting to wake up during astral travel. It feels as if your body was placed inside an active particle accelerator.

I experienced tingling or jerking movements in my body when I inhale/exhale during chakra opening sessions. But these sensations go off once my session's done.

In which position you try to open your Chakras?, standing, lotus or half lotus?
