Okay....... I did not understand fully your question. Sorry.
That is a completely different answer.
Those people who never got preached to and died, still, for the most part, will be given the opportunity to hear the teachings.
How?
The bulk of them will be resurrected and be given the opportunity to learn.

Christianity doesn't really believe in reincarnation........ but then it teaches that people have come back.
Look at Jesus. He was born around the first century but yet Christianity teaches he was the first of creation. He existed before he was born in the first century.
Lazurus died. He came back and died again. I assume he will have a resurrection.
