You mean chakras? If so, then it indeed has a lot to do with Hinduism. The chakras all have Sanskrit terms, for starters.

I can only speak from a more traditional Hindu perspective. That would be just doing regular sadhana (religious discipline), going to temple to get help from God and devas, living a dharmic healthy life. If these things are done, there will be a natural balance in life.

Hindus don't really see the entire spectrum of 7 (some say 14, some say 21) chakras as needing balancing. We see it more in where awareness is in your life according to the soul's evolution. Most people live (their awareness is aware in) in one chakra primarily, and can only move up or down one, or 2 from there.

chakras are not limited to hinduism because everyone has them. they are energy centers (wheels=chakra) that turn in different directions and bring in energy or let go of energy. depending on one's spiritual practice or how they live their lives, they open and close and get repaired or damaged.
