Celebrate Unconditional love everyday

so that dreaded v- word day is allmost here. I can't stand valintines day it's only one time of the month were people want to express their love for each other. valintines day is just for the makers of those hallmark cards anyway. don't get me wrong as little girl i enjoyed the valintines day theme parties putting the envolopes in the special made valintines day boxes that you made. than the exciment of getting one from the secret admire, but now as i'm older i kind of just don't care about. although it would be nice to spend it with your so called partner i gusse. but i just dont see the point in it i mean this world is going downhill for the most part people are killing each other, chaos is allmost everywere so now febuary the 14 we are supposed to put our diffarences aside and tell your loved ones that you love them ? no you should do that everyday.

I agree that one should express one's love everyday, not just on Valentines day. However, I do think that there is a place for it. It gives secret admirers an oppoprtunity to express their feelings, it gives long distance lovers a tangible representation of their love and it can give bored couples a kick up the **** to reawaken some romance.
If you don't want to fund the card companies then make your own - that's more romantic anyway. And if you really don't like it then just don't participate - simple.
Maybe I'm just a crazy romantic fool.

I hate valentines day with a passion, but that is a great way of looking at it.

It's more that whole consumerist thing and it just feels really fake...

Then again I was always that kid that would pray for the earth to swallow me whole when those secret admirer roses came around for delivery at school.

Valentines day just feels so foreign to me. I'll never understand haha

I think that reminders are good, but it is the spirit of the thing that matters like anything else. It does irk me that they seem to have turned all holidays into hallmark holidays. I don't think that is going to change, but we can choose to make the card or just say I love you. :)

I agree that you shouldn't need the "excuse" of a calendar holiday to express your affection for someone. I have never been a fan of Valentine's Day - the love of my life feels the same way - you should do & say things every day to let someone know you love them....Kind of pointless if you're all romantic & loving on Valentine's Day - then turn it off for the rest of the year- I think that sends a much stronger message.....

Focus on finding your inner barriers that keep you from the infinite source of love feeling instead of seeking it without, open your heart and quiet your mind.

You will accellerate your own evolution and things of the similiar frequency will gravitate toward you in ways you never found possible.

You will awaken to an infinite universe which the egoic intellect cannot bear to conceptualize. Much greater then any former concept of love.

True love knows no limit, no seperation. Only the egoic experiences life as such.

My humble opinion,

God bless
