ok i posted this in legends btu realise this is actually a better section :)

just a little question , i knew nothing of atlantis well nothing really but i had a past life regression and saw a life there, so i just wondered if anyone could tell me ifthey can get anything from this as theres not much on google,
these are the notes, if anyone knows anytthing about atlantis id love any feedback if anything makes sense! or if anyone else saw stuff it would be amazing to compare or hear what others saw of atlantis xx

Sarah found she was underwater- it was a profound lifetime here but seemed steeped in trauma around the place she lived without her own place being overrun by this and the outer world affected her emotionally implying she was disappointed in the mood of the time and in society’s decisions or drift. The place could be Atlantis at the end of the era – Sarah was female in this life.

As this progressed Sarah came back to this lifetime and described she was a young girl with white blonde hair crimped in style down to her thighs white skin type and in her 20s she worked or related to the sealife that she kept in her residence, she had an pool in the residence that linked to the outside sea, dolphin were really close to her – she was thin and tall and wqas involved in Healing very well regarded and her father was powerful protective by reputation all who saw her respected her and her spiritual values – she felt etheric and dressed in a long white robe or dress with a jewel on her forehead – she worked with crystals daily.

She was regarded as very beautiful in this lifetime, but also very gentle and spiritual. She had a visible energy and rekated to the animals and marine life, her home and her energy felt nice to sarah. She recognised the energy as hers.

Her father had grey hair, was esteemed socially and revered. He was fair and powerful influential and rich but spiritually a leader. She felt he was a figure like zeus.

She felt abrupt separation from society and knew he died before her, that it was her father dying which, had led to chaos outside – around her was lots of consternation and fighting – although the place she lived was always safe - it had an energy around it - a young man she loved was seen by Sarah – he was the only one to come to her at home and she was his soul connection a twin flame and very in love – he had gold around him blonde hair and was a warrior often away fighting for the good side – she was pragmatic and admired this young man greatly- it was necessary for him to be away. He had a really good heart and he was her love in that life. He rode a horse was valued and was kind to her. He was a comforting presence in her life.

Sarh felt she may have drowned but he died before her Sarah felt the water was her solace and she was a sort of etheric being a goddess of the water a full affinity with marine life and safe and feels she would probably have been rescued.

She met and loved a man of vision who added to her life massively and improved her by being with her. They connected spiritually and loved unconditionally – allowing full expression of their flames – this was a good and meaningful lifetime with import, impact and relevance to the regression we went through. The connection was clearing as we progressed and there is possibly more cross over with now, to explore later.

After her father died she lived alone except for being visited by her lover and she had a name beginning possibly with either Z or A.
