Symbols seen during remote viewings and similar

I am using my remote viewing / visualisation for several purposes. In this case I was pondering why a certain healing attempt was failing. I asked my spirit guide, who usually holds up white papers with single words on which I tries to read to the best of my ability. This time however I was shown a large key, goldenish, and then a circle within a circle. No colors. I am really, really not into symbolism so I have no ideas what it means. Anyone have a suggestion?

I actually think I may know the answer to this one. This is my opinion anyway. The circle in many cultures is meant to represent sacred and divine, the infinite nature of energy. I take it from your user name that you have some connection with the native American Indians, if I am wrong feel free to correct me, but according to some native American Indians the circle is indicative of the sun, moon and all their children, which according to the Indians we are her children. So if I were to understand your vision; being shown the key, which in my mind is the type of skeleton key for some reason, and then being shown the circle within a circle, I understand that to mean that you are being given the key to something sacred some sort of energy perhaps. I don't know why but this makes sense to me. I felt compelled to write this as if not of my own will but someone else using me to speak to you. I hope this makes sense to you because it doesn't exactly make sense to me in why I am compelled this way.

I have certainly found myself accessing a whole lot more energy since that day. Funny, that coincides practically with the day I learned how to tap energy from my surroundings instead of using my own, iirc....
