Crystals for muscle pain?

Last week I injured my neck/right shoulder area of my body. And at first I thought "oh I just threw out my neck, I'll be healed within a day or two." Nope! It's been over a week now and the pain keeps getting worse. I should probably see a doctor but I don't like going there unless I have no choice...

I've searched "crystals for muscle pain" and every website lists different crystals for it, what gives? One said smoky quarts, watermelon tourmaline, or blue calcite. Another said rose quartz, hematite. And another says bloodstone or clear quartz. Is it just different for each person? Or is this there an actual legitimate stone that can help with my muscle pain?

I do not know of anything specific. What is most suitable for an individual is usually different, but for pains & strains there might be something universal. If you sense energies of stones try the rose, smokey and amethyst quartzes. Or maybe a red colour stone of some sort...

There is no stone I know of for something as specific as muscle pain, but plenty for pain in general. I think the best option would be any sort of healing stone!! That is why you'd be getting different results from different sources.

I did a little research and came up with Blue Kyanite. It has great healing power and is good for balance, and coming back into alignment. I'd pair it with some Amethyst and Clear Quartz! You can never go wrong with Amethyst for healing.
