I often wonder as a human being spacious other human beings of the recommend alien species like cats and dogs are there cats and dogs are some of us alien spaces

There's a book about remote viewing I read,can't recall the author or title,but it was reckoned that years back Mars had a population that looked very like us but something went wrong with the climate so many were shipped to Earth,but because we or they were not supposed to know about the technology then all their past memories had to be erase and I think they replaced them with fake Earth memories.
