see? i made you burn calories just by reading my post! was it that awful tho?

yes,jogging to the refrigerator is exercise. If you dont start exercising more and doing all the other tips given in this thread...

Actually, I eat very very good and not in excess. I am a vegetarian and eat a lot of good, healthy foods.
My exercise consist of being a home owner and my hobbies which both take up a lot of my spare time but can be physical…..splitting wood, yard work, wood carving, etc.
The problem is that my metabolism is very low and my energy levels, due to Lyme disease, is not good. My age mixes in to all that as well and makes losing weight an impossibility.
With that being said, I would have to spend a good amount of time and effort each day just to lose weight. I am not that overweight in regards to affecting my health but I prefer to be thinner for comfort reasons.
It seems for now that I stuck with it.
Maybe, on the bright side, I can play Santa this year! Lol
