Virtue offers a useful meditation in healing our self as the LWs‘ first goal is to heal self, then others.
This meditation was given to Virtue by angels to move into love. She suggests recording this meditation w/ music to listen to it several times daily.
In whatever position is relaxing & comfortable, imagine being surrounded by emerald green light, taking 2-3 deep cleansing breaths. Move this pure energy throughout your body, into your cells. Focus on your heart, moving out any negative energy.
With a deep exhale, move out fears about allowing your self to feel love. Breathe deeply, w/ the focused intent of moving past the fear of love. Be willing to be healed & TRUST the Universe will do the rest. Broaden this intent to include any fears from any lifetime to be released.
Further expand this to move past any fear you may have about giving love to you or others. See your energies being expanded to its state of being naturally loving. Release any residual energies from those who have hurt you. Appreciate that you no longer need to hold this hurt. It has served its purpose. Send this to the Universe via HS. Now only the positive energies from the prior relationships remain.
See the light cleansing your thoroughly in all ways. Release any self criticism you may have, extending this love to self. Give your self a BIG energetic hug, savoring your connection w/ the Universal energies. Emerge anew, a WHOLE healed being, existing in the JOY that you are.
