Interesting, lets talk about what is the 'real concept of meditation'.

As has been said about meditation to those who are not meditator (public) usually they will continue to associate it with a religious meditation. A thin man with serene face, long beard, sitting cross-legged and magic.
Actually, what is meditation?
I can only described it by the concept of Malay meditation.
Meditation is a way to achieve union between body , soul and nature, that men can develop his or her true self potential.
Real factors why someone is not successful or does not feel the effects of meditation is confidence, a sense doubtful debts is the main enemy of the truth seekers.
Another factor is the lack of hope and sometimes too hoping something magical will happen within 30 seconds after starting meditation.
This is their (newbie) attitude in meditation (I speak from my experience teaching meditation Malay almost 11 years)
It its up to the teachers to whip up a remedy for this situation

My view of true meditation is quite simple. You turn your attention to the silence of your inner being, which is also the oneness. That's it.
