Special Meditation for Showertime?

Is there a special meditation/special mantras for the time in the shower? Our showers are big and have seats, and I have tried using the time to do a "power meditation". I dont really care if it's something that works on the emotions, or even if it goes all the way for me communicating with whatever spirits may be in the area, haha..

I know I'm talking very generally, so as you can tell, I'm still new to spirituality (since March i believe) but yeah, I now live in a much smaller house, so less quiet time, so any body who knows of such a thing, that would be cool lol

Cheers,
Lindzee

Yep, I have one I do all the time.
First you rinse yourself with warm water (not too hot) for 1 minute or so.

Then you take a washcloth and soap (choose the soap wisely according to your skin), then:
You think of cleaning your skin on the face, you take the washcloth and you clean the face,
You think of cleaning your neck, you take the washcloth and you clean your neck,
You think of cleaning your shoulders, you take the washcloth and you clean your shoulders,
You think of cleaning your right arm, you take the washcloth and you clean your right arm,
You think of cleaning your left arm, you take the washcloth and you clean your left arm,
You think of cleaning your armpits, you take the washcloth and you clean your armpits,
You think of cleaning your torso, you take the washcloth and you clean your torso,
You think of cleaning your back, you take the washcloth and you clean your back,
You think of cleaning your bottom, you take the washcloth and you clean your bottom,
You think of cleaning your pelvis, you take the washcloth and you clean your pelvis,
You think of cleaning your thighs, you take the washcloth and you clean your thighs,
You think of cleaning your legs, you take the washcloth and you clean your legs,
You think of cleaning your ankles, you take the washcloth and you clean your ankles,
You think of cleaning your feet, you take the washcloth and you clean your feet,
You think of cleaning your toes, you take the washcloth and you clean your toes,
You think of cleaning your feet sole, you take the washcloth and you clean your feet sole

Just like a body scan (skin?), you can take a deep breath in/out between each body part.

Then the best is to rinse with cold water, because hot water would remove the oil from the soap, which is supposed to nourish your skin.

Regarding your hair, it's up to you (everyday or not), but don't forget to wash your ears and back of ears when you do it! Enjoy

A meditation? No.
A prayer or affirmations? Ok
'Lord, cleanse me through and through as I stand under this water.
Cleanse my aura and all my thoughts so that I may purify myself and be
more worthy of a visit from You.'

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

While you're showering you can visualize a white light coming with the water and clearing away negativity and recharging your body.
