Canadian Geese
My friend who lives across the hall from me has been running into lots of Canadian geese lately. I think it's a sign for her. She's scared of them. I get a feeling it's a sign that she's not facing something. I think of the geese as a way to grab her attention. Thoughts?

Where I am from in North America , Canadian geese are absolute pests and are of abundance.
Spring is here and it's their season to come back and multiply. Perhaps,a sign of new beginnings--for all .

I love seeing them. Spring is all about planting our seeds of intention and new beginnings. I think it's a beautiful sign. I've seen swans, too. We live right next to the river. The swan couple swims right by me

They probably think the same about us, lol - they were, after all, here before we were. I think it's a shame that the human race settles somewhere then believes that the original inhabitants are pests.
I'm with Awakening Queen - I love seeing them, too, and hearing them fly over and seeing them land in our field.
Awakening Queen - how can your friend be afraid of them, I wonder? Geese mate for life, maybe your friend has fears of being tied to one person; or because of their migration habits it's a message about travelling for her.

No your right, can you imagine what they think of us? "why do those humans keep polluting our waters" "those little kids keep chasing us,why"? Lol. *sigh* It was rather selfish for myself to look at it in that perspective,so thanks for reminding me

Near to me [in Northern England] is a large country park with lakes, and it is on the migration flight path of Canada geese. They touch down and feed-up there. Welcome visitors.

I spotted a group of Canadian geese as I cycled along a canal path last year. The older ones were busy looking for food as they paddled along, but the young one looked at me as I watched them pass (I stopped to take a picture :)
When I returned a few weeks later they were on the path itself, munching away on the grass. The young one paid no attention to me, and an older one was warning me to keep away. They weren't going to move, so I spun my legs as fast as I could and flew past them!
*edit* ~ I just spotted the one at the back. Perhaps that was the one! lol
