I personally resonate with this very strongly. Tarot is NOT fortune telling.

If you have ever seen the movie “A Christmas Carol”, what Scrooge goes through is more akin to how I look at Tarot. It tells of the past and present and how your actions are driving your outcomes and of others perceptions of you.

For the future it is about probable out comes based on the choices of past and present. You can change the present which will effect the future, but actions remaining the same will drive you to the probable out come noted by the cards.
