Here's some music I found on the net while researching docos.
There's heaps more, but these are my favs thus far.

The solfeggio tones got my interest for a while . I figure when I finally get set up with a synth and recording gear again, it would be interesting to program some patches to those frequencies and play around . Regular music , listening , and playing acoustic guitar, takes up my music time ; I don't usually slow down enough for meditation music . One person I like a lot, Deuter, is well known for his med music, but I like his musical music a lot more. Anyway.... have fun !

Thank you for sharing these. I've been wanting to try meditation for a time now. I've been listening to some of these by name interest and I think I will try meditation before sleep tonight.

yeah, I find i can only get into the binaural beats if I already am in a very non energetic and calm state.
When in that state then I can soar with them.

The recording and synth gear sounds nice.
I dabbled over the years but with all my head problems of the past I never developed it.

I have FL 9 on my puta, but I simply can't allocate time to get into it at the moment.
