Did i ?

Did I Succeed? il describe it below,

So I was just simply meditating and focusing on astral project.

Then after a long while I find myself having my legs hanging&rotating in the air and I see myself sleeping, then im getting scared because I only feel my legs and I decide to return to my body. And I wake up with shivers all over my body like *** was that

I also remember hearing a voice saying, don't go to far out its your first time

Woah! thanks, I wasn't to sure if it was lucid dreaming or astral.

One question, if I instead of going back, went up flying I could fly around my whole town ?

And another thing, after that I got 2 nightmares.

1. I was walking with my own cutted off head in my right hand, and I was looking at myself and laughing! lol.

2. some lots of dark horses from lord of the rings came after me, I had to hit em to dead with something I felt so bad.


Anyways, glad I did it, now I believe and can go on having fun training astral.

Yes you can go and fly all over your town, try it, is very funny.

Before you take any action you think first. You are a very logic person, head in your hand was hilarious for that kind of person

Again as you think first before taking any action you tend to judge yourself a lot for the actions that you think are wrong.

Did not succed last night

Long heavy shaking, and then I sit on my bed, head down, and I feel like im ready to do something in this case I felt like im going to stand it was pure spontaneous.


So their I was standing on my bed, I could not move, scared again, and I landed back on my butt.

It wasn't a pretty landing btw, I could have fall down outside of my bed.

I thought astral couldn't hurt.?

Before that I almost fell off my bed, I was sitting on my bed. My upper body was shaking heavy from left to right and at some point so far that I said stop I don't want to fall off the bed!
