Gosh she looks so beautiful for her age, almost to the point of looking 'Plastic'. She obviously put so much effort into herself, that she did not have the energy left, to help her husband.

Yes, but maybe he should have helped himself and followed the same diet...

She looks like the kind of woman who could talk a 'Lion' into becoming a 'Vegan'. Yeah, her husband could have risen to the challenge and become a 'Vegetarian' if he couldn't handle being a Vegan. Vegans appear to have strong 'wills' and 'even stronger opinions'. I just think that perhaps she didn't try hard enough to encourage her husband.
ps: I have a 'Vegan Associate' who's is in her late 40's and looks sickly pale with a very wrinkled face.

1) Maybe they have an understanding of something you are missing to hold such strong views?

2) There are no wrinkled, ill looking meat-eaters?

The physical body is merely a vehicle of expression. A person's heart and soul are all that matter.

Sometimes the most beautiful spirits are in the most broken bodies...

Seriously...I have a lot of fam that look amazingly youthful. And they eat more or less normal stuff (eggs, poultry & fish, occasional red meat, vegetables, bread, etc), they drink coffee & tea, though perhaps not much junk or alcohol. Nothing special, just general moderation. Walking mostly, perhaps some other moderate exercise.

I am willing to bet that at least 75% of her health & looks is genetic.
Don't get too caught up in the rigours of the diet. I don't think that a strictly raw vegan diet will do as much for most , except allow them to incur a host of dietary deficiencies.

Peace & blessings,
7L

1) As good as that and at 70? Care to post any pictures?

2) If it was down to genetics, then there would be tens of thousands of women who would be similar in youth and beauty, as she is, at 70. There aren't, that is why she is on YouTube and in national newspapers.

3) Those that can't, or don't want to try, shouldn't knock those that do. 28 years on the vegan/raw food diet and not exactly falling apart at the seams is she?
The old chesnut! For example, a recent Canadian study found that almost 40% of people were low or deficient in B12. Only around 1% of the population are vegan. And most of those are so clued up on the subject, and supplementing, that they aren't deficient at all. The theory doesn't stack up.

Oh MY Gosh 'knightofalbion'. Some of the most beautiful people in this world have handicaps and they overcome them and teach us all how to appreciate life even though there are many obstacles to overcome! They don't judge what we eat because they are in a very special place.
My comment in regards to the 'Vegan Wife' was meant to be a compliment to her. She's a 'Vegan' for Gohs Sake. She's a Woman and She's Beautiful. That combination could tame a 'Damn Lion'...let alone a 'Man' who incidentally is her 'Husband'. If anyone could make him a 'Vegetarian, She Could'. Husband and Wife must have been on separate journeys...but...your link suggests that he is so proud of her. Hmmm I would love to see the rest of there journey unfold.
