I've gotten back to (mostly) daily journal writing and meditating...I had moved from almost every day to once a week. Both of these activities help to keep me grounded in the now. Being open to my existence consciously helps me to appreciate whatever it is I'm "doing"...even when what I'm doing is sitting there "being."
