Oh no, not this sort of question again! It's too much of a touchy subject!
Believe what you believe, leave other people's beliefs.
Like spirituality, people have THEIR OWN proof through personal experience. They have no one to convince but themselves and no one else. I know through personal experience which is my own proof. But I don't choose to share my experiences, sorry because I think people have to go out and look for god in order to find him/her. I don't tell people because they must shape their own beliefs and not search for proof from other people. They will never be successful by going about it that way.
Love and light,
Casper.

you kind of summed it up yourself when you asked the question. How do you PERSONALLY know God exists? Because it is through your PERSONAL experience.
For me, I wasn't raised very religious, but all I was really taught was Christian views that there was a God and Jesus was his son, and everyone "personified" God so much that when I found out Santa wasn't real, I was like, well there goes God too!!
And until I was an adult I didn't quite understand this "God" fellow that everyone talked about. But I finally realized, personally, God was not a person watching from above. God was everywhere, and everything. God was not separate from me, and God was not above or below me. God was everywhere. God is energy. God is just a word, spelt g, o, d. God is the universe.

Even still, It deserves the respect of a captilization.
If the Bronx is capped -
the Spirtiual Realms can be capped.
God, Source, Superior Intelligence, Divine Mind - whatever.

Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.

Personal Discovery
This is largely a process of personal discovery w/ what we personally believe. It is entirely OK to not believe in that organized religion, or alternative ones (for that matter) believe.
It is ultimately what makes sense to us.
As paradigms change many adopt beliefs that are not held by the others.
Some may consider god to be God, a specific entity or being as archetypically portrayed by an older male w/ long flowing white hair, beard & robes, but others consider god to be an entirely different type of energy than that of a single being. What we call God or 12D may well be the merging of all who have reached this D or level of expansion.

I know there is a God because he talks to me all the time. I know its not just a voice in my head becuase he knows stuff that I don't. Other than that, 36 years of experience with the 'other side', is pretty hard to ignore.
Basically its like explaining 'yellow' to a blind person. If you've never seen yellow, you can't understand the explanation.

It is a fair question. I don't think of God as a "being" anymore, and truly cannot
comprehend it. I just think of God as the summation of all love, everywhere. The reason I believe is because I tried "not" believing and couldn't; not even in my darkest hours when in complete despair, agonizing pain and terror and there were no answers to be found.

I don't know that it is real. I think it is. Does that make sense?
The reason I think it is real is because my prayers and questions get answered regularly and synchronistically.
I don't think capitalization matters. Written words are just black and white symbols that try to show our brain what the other person was thinking... rather two-dimensionally, I might add.
