Pop in chakra

What does it mean when youre doing a breathing yoga posture thing (its called breath of fire) and you feel and hear a pop in a chakra that is weak?

I was thinking it means something is coming unstuck, like a block removed and its working better now but maybe someone knows better.

No it was in the root chakra

This can be the loosening of the Brahma Granthi or root knot in the Muladhara Chakra, which signifies the ability or readiness for the aspirant to move out of their personal comfort zone. It could also signify the stirring of Kundalini Shakti before awakening, or it could have been a blockage in one of the minor Nadis in that area...hard to tell based on such a vague description, but I think I covered all bases of what it could possibly be.

Sounds in these things are always relateable. Like I was born with a Muladhara that was not turned on, and when a healer supported me I heard a 'click' like when you turn a light switch on.

I often feel and hear pops when I get an energy block suddenly break down (they can at times like explode then hit with a higher frequency energy) so my guess would be it was something clearing.
