Are some sounds having perticular frequency able to open third eye ?
Hi All,
I am trying to open my third eye and meditating. I found many videos, (mainly audios) on YouTube saying: listening to them can open third eye , for instance "WARNING! Extremely Powerful Third Eye Opening Binaural Beat". Moreover, they mention that they have specific frequency for those audios too. However, different audios with different frequencies were still found saying the same thing which is "open third eye". So, not sure which exact frequency does open third eye or has the potential. I have couple of questions.
1. Can those audios actually open third eye?
2. If it so, has anyone there opened third eye with those audios?
3. Are there any drawbacks, disadvantageous or harm listening to them?
4. Any recommended or working audios available ? Any Link, url please.
I am meditating for couple of weeks, but still I only feel something like a small pressure on my forehead. nothing else. Are there any things else I can do to support opening third eye ?

I have no idea if those work, I think their titles are a little fishy. Certain frequencies are proven to do different things to your brain though, but I doubt there's a "magic bullet" for anything. The brain waves are sorted into alpha, beta, delta, gamma, and theta. I do listen to brain waves to meditate to and I love them. Theta (associated with dream state) waves are my favorite. I use an app called "Brain Waves" that I absolutely love. It allows you to adjust the brain wave sounds to any frequency you want. You can look up lists of different hertz (hz) on the internet to see what may work best for the specific thing you're trying to achieve. There are so many things you can use them for. I highly recommend getting an app like it.
Occasionally I do listen to the ones on youtube, but I still prefer the app because it's customizable.
The only disadvantages I've noticed are you can sometimes hear ringing in your ears hours after listening to them and sometimes you might feel a bit high. Whether you consider that a disadvantage or not, haha.
