Ha! You know, it was two days ago that it dawned on me... slayer of light. No wonder, indeed. I don't need to disentangle. I'm under no illusions here, never have been with him. He wants to feel the way he feels, it obviously brings him comfort. I just toss out a helpful thought or two every few months, to see if anything has changed and if he's ready to listen. Not this time either.

It's just what I personally believe to be the truth, especially after reading many NDE accounts. Human and animal souls are just too different it seems, as animal souls are spiritually less advanced. No animal will ever reincarnate as a human and no human will reincarnate as an animal. Of course I could be wrong but even if I'm wrong, I don't really care to be honest.
