adoptive parents

There must be many people out there,who,for one reason or another,ended up with parents who adopted them,rather than their biological mother/father.My question is was this a preplanned decision, i.e. you would learn more from being brought up with parents that were not related to you in any way, or was there some miscalculation, whereby your plan for the next life went horribly wrong. There must be quite a few "adoptees" out there that have pondered on this paradox.

Indeed, I have thought on this subject. I was adopted at 3 months of age. I do not think there was any miscalculation at all. I believe that all took place exactly as it was meant to. I have definately learned lessons from being adopted.

I have wondered the same thing myself, tho not adopted.

I think as Selephina says that it was pre-planned.

As a child you are helpless and dependent on being raised and fed and watered, and you entrust that to an adult.
