Abduction help for my friend
Hello, I made this post partly for a friend of mine and partly to satisfy my own curiosity. My friend, Zach, came to our friend Edmund and myself one morning for coffee to tell us about a strange dream he had. He said that, in the dream, he was laying in his bed and noticed a owl outside his window staring at him. Suddenly, the owl was inside his room and on top of him, looking into his eyes. It's eyes were big and black, and he felt that there was something different about this owl, as if it were more than a bird. The owl then proceeded to peck at his skin, almost dissecting him, then it disappeared and he woke up.
Zach always has vivid and odd dreams but I was concerned that he may have had some form of abduction experience. I know that often abductee's see the abductor as an animal, usually an owl, but then realize that there is something "more" about the animal shortly before the experience begins.
What do you guys think?

that's the classic abduction scenario, in my understanding.

How should he handle it? I think he had another incident where he woke up with a lot of blood on his pillow as if he'd had a massive nose bleed in the middle of the night and had no memory of what happened. I think the owl dream came like a week or so later after that, even a few days.

I can't say. I don't know if anyone here really has that type of knowledge.
Kay Wilson wrote a book on her abduction experiences, I think you can read it as a pdf online now. Sometimes, these authors can be reached by email. There are many like her who have written or blog about it. They may have some advice that would be of help to your friend. That is the avenue I would take if I were having these experiences.
Kay's book is "I forgot what I wasn't suppose to remember".
