Supernatural agents/spiritual beings in LUCID dreams
Greetings all. I am working on a paper on non-self characters in lucid dreams. I am specifically interested in spirit beings or supernatural agents (SAs) in lucid dreams. My impression is that they occur fairly often in my dreams and when they do they have a special kind of autonomous character to them. Can I ask: How often do SAs occur in your lucid dreams? Can you recount a recent lucid dream that you have had with an SA in it? When they occur what do they say? Have you ever asked them “Are you real or are you just a figment of my dreaming brain? Can you prove that you are real?” What have they done to prove that they are real? Thanks ALL for any insights you can give me on this…By the way would you classify yourself as a non-believer/atheist or a believer in SAs? Thanks again

hi thedreamer2.
i understand reality as being dependent on the observer; there is no such
thing as "objective reality". we are not objects within a framework of "real"...
WE are real, and the framework is of our creation.
of course an encountered thing is "real" (even if it were just "a figment
my dreaming brain" -- even shadows and reflections are "real")....

I see S.A's all the time in dreams. They play the different characters and there are messages and sometimes we will work together on a project or sometimes they will speak in real words, and not dreamspeak. There is a difference between the two.
I have guides so that is not weird. It is them. I have always had 'them'.
I think everybody has 'them' in their own way so we all have S.A's.

Fascinating. Would you be able to recall any of these dreams in significant detail?

Yes, all the time. I usually know what they are about.
A lot of people communicate with their S.A.s or interact with them through the subconscious, or in dreams but I do while I am awake too, so I understand the dream logic. In a dream it is an immersive experience. Visions are similar to dreams but you watch the action, like on tv, rather then being inside the vision and fully participating. At least that is how it is for me.
