deliberately directing kundalini energy.

The kundalini, as most know, is a dormant energy in the base of the spine. It is light and love, however, it shines light on what you have kept yourself from seeing, and causes irreparable damage as we are not perfect. But, its energy. And energy doesn't have to necessarily go to the mind. What would happen if this energy was channeled to the body? Could it heal wounds instantly?

Hi Folks..

Hmm...Some wisdom you may be missing here - Kundalini may START as dormant, but is only noticed once it becomes active - and it is ALWAYS tied to mind - inseperable from it,for mind and energy are the exact same thing...You may thnk your mind is in your brain, but it is actually contianed in every cell in your body,Kundalini is the essential element that links it as ONE experience..Hence,emotions can affect the body, and body can affect emotions - and this will manifest in the mind as pain, anguish,or joyous sensation and emotion of love - it all depends on the crucial Self perception - that which you believe your Self to be,you will become..

When the MIND realises it IS energy - then yes indeed, such things as instant healing are natural events - our bodies do it all the time, subconsciusly, anyway, but it is a lot more efficient once we engage and focus upon it..Check out for insance - Anita Moorjani - she actually DIED from cancer, total body shut down, riddled with the disease - only to be shown in spirit, the nature of her mind and energy - Kundalini - and once she inderstood, she quitle literally by force of Will, rearranged her moleclar energy to be totally cancer free - exactly as if she had NEVER even been ill at all...Total LIVING MIRACLE...

And of course,Kundalini doesnt stop there at all - realise it fully - mind and energy are the same - and see then, the "universe out there" is ALSO the same energy as the mind "in here",no seperaton at all - master the body, then likewise master the external creation and the universe begins to do your bidding - thus through Kundalini, you have truly found Union with the Divine...

The emotional body and the physical body are heavily entwined. So no, you can't heal one without healing the other.

If you have control of your breath, you are in control of everything about you. For example, when the hairs of your arm tense up from an energy rush. The emotional body and physical body work as if it was one, that's true. But I don't believe kundalini is strictly liked to the mind.

When people use psychedelics and and have a bad time because of the sudden overwhelming energy, they begin to spas out so that not all of the energy goes to the mind. With breath control I'm sure that it can be kept under conscious control. But I don't feel drugs are right. And that's what I'm trying to get at

I love this quote:

Ramana Maharshi mentioned that Kundalini is nothing but the natural energy of the Self, where Self is the universal consciousness (Paramatma) present in every being, and that the individual mind of thoughts cloaks this natural energy from unadulterated expression. Advaita teaches self-realization, enlightenment, God-consciousness, and nirvana. But, initial Kundalini awakening is just the beginning of actual spiritual experience.

Kundalini is mostly known for being stored in our base and then rushing up and giving people a taste of oneness. If they have a lot of obstructions the energy is to much and can causes issues. This really occures once you have awakened to this aspect of your self. It is those things that you have not let go of. That you are still attached to that cause the problems when the light is shinning on your obstructions. Depending on one's level of depth, there are ways to work with it.

The energy is always within our body. In Yoga to work with the energy is called Pranayama and is the second lesson in AYP for instance. It is used to clear obstructions and to move the energy to the central channel to achieve ectasy in the body and then awakening.

In Buddhism it is used much later in the process with techniques like Tummo.

As Ramana say's it is univeral and one can work with the energy. Yes it can be used to heal but that is really dependent on the one receiving not the one giving.
