Yes I agree, but this is what I have experienced from my own so called journey, and that's what I share.

I'm fine and even agree, because there is no 'adult' and there is no 'child'... we just use terms of common understanding for communication... it's all the one person.

I like this simplicity of this inner child healing very much, silent whisper. Thank you for sharing it.
For the guys...
Picture yourself seated opposite your child self.
See his face, his hair, his skin and his smile.
Know this child, as well as you did when you were him.
Take his hands in yours.
Feel connected to him.
Let him know that you are always there for him.
That you always have been there for him.
That he is never alone, and never has been.
Tell him that before he knew you, before he could
see you in the mirror, you were there in spirit.
Now...feel behind you,
warm loving arms, wrapping themselves
around you, and your child self.
These arms feel familiar and safe.
This is the spirit of your future self.
The one you have not seen in the mirror so far.
Yet, he is with you, and your child self.
And his loving embrace binds the three of you.
His assistance, love and care,
will guide your triple kindred spirit along the rest of your journey.
Sense completeness, deeply connected to the three aspects of you.
For the ladies...
