Dear ones the sweetness that you desire comes as you allow your own sweetest intent to surround you. Each being naturally emanates this sweetness as a child and

it is then unlearned in the majority of beings. Remember how you approached life and each other as children? You shared your beauty with the world and did not

question whether it would be returned to you. This is your essence, that innocent and loving expression that has been covered with the armor of false protection. Now

you can learn to let go of the armor and instead, stand sure in your own presence. What has served you in the world of old, will not serve you in the world of greatest

possibility. Your innocence is who you are within, and if it has been severed, it is time to reconnect with this child that knows and understands light. When you choose

to see the world populated with this sweetness, you become wise and hold that innocence always, with knowledge, and in turn, create a peaceful world that

harbors an expectation that all is good, all is supportive and all is safe. You cannot return to childhood but you can resurrect that child that is fully in love with itself

and the world around it. Do you doubt that this is the most honorable way to live? You must let go of the mentality of (have to), and return to the mentality that

brings joy to your soul, and if you are willing to tread this path without worry, you will find that your spirit will lead you to your souls delight. Let the old worldliness fall

away, dare to see beyond what was your world, with those childlike eyes of trust and peace. Do not be so jaded as to think that the world must stay the same, it

must and it will change as your outlook on life must also change. Remember dear ones, you all volunteered to be here and it is a privilege to live in a time when one

foot slips through the door of eternity while the other yet steps in the world of the old. For this journey you have been given wings of glory, so that you can fly beyond

the age of limits and open with a bright eye, the ancient chest of all possibility. Babaji

I had something today about flying, and also being in a state of newness having come through the portal of 21 December - which was the doorway from the world of old to the world of new.

Dear ones, because everything is a frequency, you are forever communicating with everything that is in you and around you, and in this everything is communicating

with you. Without sound (frequency) there cannot be creation; it is movement that gives the appearance of time and separation and it is frequency that connects all.

There is a continuous interaction between all matter, as light frequency, and with that deeper vision one realizes that consciousness is everywhere at once. It is

cosmic communication with itself as everything seen, heard and touched is vibration. Therefore, on one level, you are communicating with all, and all with you. Nothing

is static, nothing is dead, movement constitutes life, it is the creative force ever interacting with itself. Thought as creative force, gives direction to matter, or

vibration and then your reality plays out as cause and effect. A faster vibration creates on a higher level, and as each being becomes more conscious, matter becomes

less dense as does the body, as all thought constantly moves beyond the purely physical realms into a finer field of awareness. One literally moves beyond density

when there is the awareness that one is vibration, thus matter becomes more refined, with awareness. This is what you are here to maintain. As you each hold the

higher vibrations, density in its limited understanding begins to dissolve and is perceived on a higher level. The body becomes more refined, healthy, revitalized and

renewed; perception changes from the purely physical to include dimensions and spectrum of a higher vibration in the infrared and beyond. Your reality shifts with your

vibration, and the old heaviness cannot co-exist with these finer frequencies, in other words there is a lack of harmony between the two. You are helping each other

step-up and hold a higher frequency, by holding love in the body and consciousness. One eventually stabilizes in a higher frequency and when it is maintained, one will

take the next step up in frequency until this too can be maintained. It is a continuous process of stepping up ones frequency, which helps others to maintain and step

up their own frequency. It is this spiraling upward that breaks through the old resistance and eventually the earth and all its inhabitants hold the same higher

frequency. Those who are not ready to shift will reject the greater frequency and leave the body, as you can see this is already occurring. If one can welcome these

higher frequencies without fear the shift is integrated more easily. Let the old fall away in your mind and body just as a butterfly must let go of the old idea of itself, for

its transformation is inevitable. Each of you must trust that this is your next step in spiritual evolution. In every process one must let go and let it unfold, and in this

dear ones, you are all exquisite butterflies. Babaji

Dear ones, it is so easy to get caught up once again in the definitions of life, but it is now, when you must be on guard and hold firmly to your light. One must stay

grounded in light, and in love, that perfect balance where one is not deceived or easily swayed. This is a time to be ever vigilant of what unfolds. Deception will play

its hand as long as there are those who are willing to be fooled. Every being is responsible for their feelings and projections, and these are being played out for the

world to experience. As you are able to keep your balance, it will help those who are yet asleep. Let your heart carry you to bliss, but also be mindful, dear ones, of

your brothers and sisters that still suffer in ignorance. We have all agreed to help each other, to perceive not only with the senses, for these keep one in bodily

awareness only; rather the inner senses of intuition and connection with your inner divine. Many have failed to reach within and stand yet in confusion. Practice

staying centered in every moment, dear ones. Let your life become a sacred book of overcoming all odds, by holding love and compassion, because you are all one;

every being benefits from the knowledge and practices of another, and in this way the knowledge is passed on to everyone. It is the master that extends a hand to all,

because the master understands and lives the deepest meaning of unity consciousness. Be always willing to share what you have gained in knowledge when one asks

for help, this is loving compassion, but the greater gift is to stay in a place of harmony and radiate your light and love from your heart, where words are not needed. Do

you understand, dear ones, your greatest gift to humanity as a whole is to be who you are, a lamp among the darkness, a heart unified in love and compassion, this will

carry many to a higher awareness. Each moment you spend in meditation, joy and contemplation of who you truly are, that vibration has potency and connects with

the whole, so be mindful as you live your moments, always remembering who you are and why you are here, and accept these as loving gifts to one another. Babaji

Dear ones, to overcome the worldly is the goal of life. To set aside with knowledge, all those things that hinder and hold back the soul, to see truly, is the divine

wealth of humanity. You can search many lives, but if you do not apply the lessons to your own life, you are not taking seriously what has been but before you to

accomplish. One must first face the tyranny within, with an eye of honesty and dismantle that tyranny with loving grace. If one holds onto any part of this false self,

then it will continually make an appearance in life and in your dreams, to remind you of what you are not seeing clearly. Therefore, do not be forgetful of your duty to

self in overcoming. All situations are but new opportunities to look deeper into yourself and discover what is yet undone. Cleansing the soul takes great patience and

honesty for it is the true work that loosens the fetters. I remind you, dear ones, not to become complacent and feel all of your work is done. One is ever reminded of

what the next step is, and then your inner work expands. When one has thoroughly cleansed the inner realms, then you are opened to hold greater love, and

compassion. These then become your tools for expanding and extending that love and compassion to the world around you. When you have reached this point,you will

know, dear ones, because you will want to be of service to others in whatever special way is unique to you. There is nothing greater then the one who is genuine in

these loving feelings for mankind, because one finally understands the oneness of all being. This does not mean that you push your wisdom on another, it simply means

you live that wisdom, you express that love and compassion in every moment. It will become habit and you will feel joy spilling from your heart as you live that goodwill

and peace. The life you live is just the setting for this expansion and it is not the accumulation of the worldly that will sustain you. When your heart is clear and

expansive, holding love, life will no longer hold you. You will be released on many levels and a great trust will enter your being as you realize that the eternal has always

been your supply. There is an element of trust that must be felt in this dear ones. Trust that all is forever good and caring and believe it until it unfolds in your life. Do

you still believe that life is a struggle? You must change your perspective and then your outer life will change and you will be happy with what you already have.

Abundance flows from within, it is the inner abundance that touches the heart and what is true and real, becomes your goal. You see dear ones, so many approach life

backward and appeal to the outside; this brings such harsh lessons. Delve into the deep pool within, and heal those places that trap, then you will awaken one day to

a new world filled with love and splendor. It is up to each of you, and we are most certain of the outcome. Babaji

Dear ones, when you hold onto a distressful thought that persists and you feel you cannot shake it, take a moment and drop that thought into your heart; feel peace emanating from your heart, then say these word to yourself. I am divine in nature and I am divine grace, my heart is wise and I am releasing all that creates disharmony in this moment, and peace envelops me. If you say this three times the thought will loosen, then let it go, by visualizing that thought energy dissolving into nothingness. As you move up the ladder in consciousness, you will be alert to what distracts you and puts you in disharmony. The exercise helps to keep you in awareness of how you are relating to the world. It will help you to stay in a state of calm acceptance of whatever makes an appearance. Dear ones, we always have a choice in how we will receive life, will it upset our equilibrium, or will we take that step in realizing that we each are responsible for our equilibrium. Each new awareness carries a challenge, it is how one handles those challenges that is important. Never belittle yourself if you have let yourself fall into a state, less than harmonious; rather, look deeply at the situation and find the point where you first let go of peace. These reminders are all important in finding and re-establishing balance. As you become adept in this, the episodes will not drag you down but for a moment, because you are learning to trust your heart and its wisdom. It is a culling of re-action, blame and anger and it takes a sincere determination if one intends to stay in a place of equilibrium and therefore peace. Once you have found peace, you will make the effort to stay there, because it is where joy and harmony spring from. It is always good to review your day, dear ones. If you make that effort you will begin to notice a pattern from your past that triggers these states and it is in this knowledge, that you hold ever onto that sweet stability. If you are ever conscious in moving toward greater awareness and growth, and if you pay attention to those signals that present themselves as reminders then you will succeed. Every master must overcome in the same way, all must do the work eventually, so why not now. It is the little things that tend to railroad your progress and if your awareness is alert to the triggers, then your soul will be strengthened and the petty things will fall away into the past. Intend balance and peace during the day, you will feel your vibration raise, you may feel euphoric. It is these contemplative moments, after all, that create the greatest change. Babaji
