How do you protect yourself while sleeping from attacks in the dream/Astral realm?

I pray to God every day every morning to place a cloak or protection around my body mind and spirit and before I caught a bed a place a cloak architecture over my body mind and spirit to keep me safe only good dreams come
But I love sometimes I get then I get them push it like permanent in the dreams I don't like the bad ones because I know it's gonna happen but the good ones are assumed happen years later or two year later
But place a cloak of protection prayer around your body mind and spirit and then I said a lot I said a lot's prayer I say the Lord spare play I do to also keep me safe

If you are already in the dream, I've tried two things:

- to focus outward, and send out positive energy (this unfortunately didn't work for me)
- to focus inward, like being inside of a cocoon, cultivate positive energy but shut out the outside world (this worked better)

Pyrite works really well, also known as fools gold, just put it under your pillow when you sleep, asking for spirit protection - this crystal is used for shielding and protection, because it blocks negative energy, It also prevents positive energy from escaping from the physical body and aura, I always have it with me when I go out, though I havnt needed it under my pillow because I have no complications in sleep, only good experiences, though I have used it under my pillow and it does work very well. Afterwards I would smudge it with sage to cleanse the negative energy it has absorbed, or put it in salt, it serves me well.

You're not being attacked in the astral, you're being attacked whilst you are sleeping. Your dreams are manipulated, mostly given to you by use of frequencies. No thing in the astral is firing frequencies at you.
