Hi Kiwi :
Time to get on the healing part... I second HaloMoon on that, do something for yourself, you deserve it : stop putting your attention on the external facts and bring it all to you and your healing. It is not being egoist, it is becoming balanced. Check out the healing resources thread, pick some suggestions and start giving time to the greatest love you can find : the one for yourself so you can then love others at that same degree.
