How to identify an energy vampire
How do you know if someone is an energy vampire?
If they are, do you think they know it and do it purposely?
After spending time with two friends, I leave feeling drained and edgy. Literally, I feel like there's less of me as I leave them. We talk and the conversation always turns to the current new drama in their lives. I feel like they just want attention and someone to off-load their **** on. They never want to actually resolve their issues, the seem to just enjoy talking about them.
Would you classify them as energy vampires?

I think that the best way to identify a vampire is on how you feel after/in the moment of communication. I have an acquaintance who always complains on her life and I feel emotionally and physically drained after I spend time with her.

They are often not aware and often not intentional, maybe look into ways of blocking it... for me it's crystals :) fire agate, black tourmaline and obsidian
