In my heart, there is a little piece of string, some feathers from a white dove, and an old crow.
There is some twigs, a few pictures, and some fairy dust given to me as a gift, one did visit.
There is also a huge stain glass window that I like to look out through and into the woods all around it.
I like to stay in my heart, I feel safe here but there are days that I do venture out, carefully.

What does my heart say?
Well, fear. Not the "I'm in danger, run away" kind of fear, more like I've stumbled all my life and have fallen into an endless ocean full of possibilities and discovery. Alongside the fear is curiosity, and awe, and anticipation. It's a pleasant fear that I can only hope will bring me closer to a fuller sense of being and balance.
