Beautiful meditation experience

I had one of the most beautiful meditation experiences that I've ever had earlier.

Soon after I sat to meditate I saw vivid green light all around me - like millions upon millions of tiny green particles. I often see particles but rarely such a vivid green colour. I continued to focus on it and it started to change to white light. I often see flashes of white light (sometimes containing visions or spirits) but today it was denser and started to move across my entire closed eye vision. Then my upper body started to vibrate and go very cold. In the past this has happened and I've panicked and snapped out of meditation but this time I stayed put and the light grew whiter and dazzling. It first became a white tunnel but then it started to swirl all around me like thick white icing! At the same time I was aware of a tennis ball sized white light where all this was coming from - I sometimes see this ball at night, ever since my Kundalini awakening. Also there was a little silver flicker of light that kept moving around my line of vision. It was very small but bright. I was totally entranced by this beautiful swirling white light, it looked so dense I felt like I could walk on it.

Soon after that I was distracted by something so I came out of meditation.

It was so amazing and has really comforted me. I was upset about something last night and perhaps the green light i saw at the beginning was related to that. The whole experience was wonderful.
