So any of you into it? Maybe we can make this a thread for sharing advice and soundcloud links and the like!

I produce and mix techno and other dance from time to time myself..

Here is my recent track.

I must say I'm pleased with the result, it hints at the steady rhythm of tribal percussion and the like with added electronic elements. Let me know what you think, and share yours!

And an hour long mix of my favourites here, mixed by me.

I like the way techno makes me feel, almost like an enhanced shamanic drumming track to journey on, while being more fun!

I will have to take time to listen tomorrow. :)

I listen to a good bit of electronica (Infected Mushroom, Maskarade, Message to Bears, etc, all the back to Information Society). But my favorite stuff is metal/rock. (currently Rise Against, Volbeat, Chiodos, Black Tide, Deftones, all the way to older AC/DC and Metallica.)

But yeah , music is the dog's bollocks for sure ; a huge part of my life . I listen
a lot and play a little , and record every 5 years or so ....

Been into anything mixed by DJ Dimsa lately...nothing jazzy about it..although that one below is called 'Deep Funky Jazz Beats'..It is all about some funky beats though
