Do All Have Guides?
Curious, what you think.
Does every one have spirit guides and or Angels?
How do you know if you do or not. Is it possiblle that they can leave you? And why do you think they would?
Thanks!

It is believed by many that we all have a guardian angel and we all can ask for angels to assist us in our lives. It would seen that everyone has some type of guides that are there and available to help and guide us. Some animal guides are with us all our lives, like power animals and some guides come and go depending on what we need in our lives at the time.

Last I checked my "guides" were immediately repulsed by my energy (and my energy sucking habits) and they all ran away after (or before) they became too ill to handle my presence.
If I do have guides now, they would be just like all other spirits who stay nearby. They just wouldn't be able to contend with someone like me and would have to leave for their own safety.
(Not counting the random spirits I deliberately drive away and get rid of because they either don't leave me alone or generally ruin my fun and be extremely annoying.)
In my defense I'll say that I really couldn't have stopped my guides from leaving, regardless of what I did they would have had to go.
I do quite well without spirits tagging along behind me and whispering in my ear. I am a private and quiet person. I think for myself, prefer to be alone and hidden and I generally dislike others telling me what to do with my life and dictating/limiting what I learn because they would expect me to ask them and listen to them.....etc
I'm just not supposed to have guides.
I would rather guide others...if they can handle me.
Mind you, I do have animal "guides" but they are not in spirit, and it is a mutual bond of friendship, rather than the kind of bond a Spirit Guide forms with a person.

Sangress, I felt the need to respond to this to say that I have never met a guide who behaved like this. My primary guide never tells me what to do. On the contrary, he is rather maddeningly difficult to wrangle an opinion out of! When asked for advice he is very good at pointing out pros and cons or encouraging me to understand my own feelings on an issue, but for him to even make a suggestion as to an action is very unusual - all of my actions and decisions have to come from me and, as he repeatedly explains to me, he would not be doing his job if it were otherwise. Guides work in very subtle ways, even when they are in direct communication with us.
I also believe we all have guides - more than that, we all have a team of guidance of which our primary guides are the spokesperson. Having said that, I think some guides are more deeply involved with us than others. That does not relate to whether or not we can hold a conversation with them - our awareness of their presence is immaterial - but rather to how much guidance we need or even want in our current lifetime. Perhaps some of us said to our guides, "I want you not to involve yourself very much this time, please". Others might say, "I think I need more help - please teach me to communicate with you this time around." We're all different people on different paths.
I concur with Xan regarding the comings and goings and so on.

Somtimes I see my guides as different looking, differenly aged people all sitting across from me on a couch, like in a clinic...

Angel and Guide Clinic....Haha.
As soon as I read that I saw this mental image of a secretary saying "Please wait in line while we find a suitable Guide for your needs. . ."
Wonder how much it costs? :P
Btw, I think maybe to answer those questions above people might need to think about whether everyone NEEDS a guide, or whether everyone is able to HAVE a guide.
