im going through it too..again and again...over and over...
i think we have to just accept and maybe even be grateful for and celebrating the pain..because it is a chance to grow..
i know that its no comfort..but after years of fearing the pain..once i squared up and accepted it..it somehow holds less power

I was thinking of starting a rehab for tf/sm and other connections anybody wanna join. sigh....
But seriously... Do you have a good friend who you have shared this with? someone in the same boat as you. I do I can text call when I think or feel like I should call or text tf. I just call my tf sponsor and there.
