I haven't heard of using honey for the third eye. What's in honey that it helps open it or develop it?

Dangers of flouride
Avoid fluoridated water to prevent calcification of the pineal gland. I quit drinking tap water a few days ago and I'm already feeling a higher vibration

Maybe someone already wrote it but the peneal gland it is believed to produce dimethyl tryptamines among other substances that induce dreams and visions.
DMT is found in or is induced by Ayahuascha brews used by shamans in the Amazons.
Read Dr. Strauss book 'DMT - The spirit Molecule'.
Calcification of this gland is going to happen to most adults but fluor in drinking water does not seem like a good idea to me. On the other hand I live in a country without that.
Doctors can actually use the pineal gland to see if it has moved in relation to other parts of the brain to conclude if something abnormal is growing in the brain (such as cancer) - thus "pushing" the gland in a direction it should not be spotted.
Also produces Melatonin (Another important "sleep-juice").

Ayahuasca is not for every individual- it affects everyone differently I wouldn't recommend cause it may be dangerous to some.
Just avoid things that will weaken the pineal gland

Try drinking magnesium chloride with water and fluoride will go away in 20 minutes.

Please note that high dose will probably have a laxative effect. I took about 4 to 5 grams of it and then after about 15 to 20 minutes I felt a very strong pressure on my forehead and a few minutes later also on the top of my head where the crown chakra is located. The degree of the pressure on the forehead will depend on the degree of pineal gland calcification.

Exposure to ultraviolet sunlight removes calcification of the pineal gland as well.

Meditation, over a period of time, also decalcifies the pineal gland. You can also decalcify it using a certain mantra.
Regarding flouride, I may not remember correctly but I think the US is the only modern country that still allows flouride in its water supply. Countries in western Europe have banned it. Flouride is also found in toothpaste in US.
